Derco Aerospace, Inc., an industry-leading aerospace distributor of spares, components, and services, is seeking an innovative, experienced Sr. Manager – Business Development to join its sales team and who are looking for a challenging work environment.
Candidates will work with a highly integrated team of sales professionals in support of achieving sales growth objectives within the US Government and the US region.
Business development efforts will require strategic thinking and an ability to exercise open communication among the sales staff. Potential business development targets include the sale of aircraft equipment, upgrade programs, and related services and solutions to US-based customers including Government.
Successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the sales function including assisting in opportunity identification and qualification, market research, direct sales, and is responsible to meet all sales targets for assigned territories.
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, and aerospace or military experience is a plus. Travel is required along with relocation to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Foreign language skills a plus.

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 - 10 years experience in selling products and services to the US Government and US markets and possess the following skills:
