Summary of Responsibilities
This position is aligned with key business groups and ensures seamless design, delivery and execution of a full range of HR initiatives. Serves as a trusted advisor and business partner to the senior management team and department leaders. Focuses on helping leaders build talent within the business unit by supporting the Talent Strategy and programs available to ensure readiness of leaders and overall development of key talent. Establishes, measures and reports key HR metrics to monitor trends, resource utilization and overall Talent and Culture effectiveness. Works with business leaders to define, develop and maintain a culture that inspires and fosters high employee performance and engagement. Manages the communication strategy for the business lead Handles confidential employee matters with integrity and trust. Champions culture, values, and corporate initiatives. The client groups for this role contain about 400+ of the organization's associates.
Preferred Experience and Skills
10+ years of Human Resource leadership experience with a strong understanding of all functional aspects of HR
5 years experience as an HR Business Partner with a record of achievement and experience working with senior executives
Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong business acumen, curiosity, learning agility and learning/growth mindset
Preferred Education and Training
Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Psychology or related field. Master's Degree is a plus.
