Reporting to the CNO, the Director of Women's Services assumes leadership for managing the daily operations of Women's Health, Labor & Delivery (L & D), the Nursery, Postpartum, Level II Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) and Lactation Services with a total 98 FTEs and anticipated 1,950 deliveries in 2017. With the implementation of transitioning at the bedside for both vaginal and C-section deliveries. This new process keeps mother and baby together at all times throughout their stay and has increased breastfeeding rates. Come grow with us!
- Florida Registered Nurse License
- Must have BSN/Bachelor’s degreerequired, MSN preferred
- 3-5+ years’ previous management experience in acute environment in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, NICU
- Minimum of 2years L&D leadership experience, preferably at the Director level
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP and FHM certifications
