US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.

The candidate, in support of PM Electronic Warfare & Cyber, collaborates with system users to translate operational requirements into systems, hardware, and software requirements and design. Participates in the development of test strategies. Participates in planning, coordinating, scheduling, directing, and controlling engineering and technical support activities applicable to systems development. Provides recommendations for resolution of technical problems.


  • Top Secret/SCI security clearance required
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with systems engineering and integration principles, including for software intensive system
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science required
  • 2 years of experience with DoD acquisition process, authoring DoD acquisition documentation including systems engineering plans, and Performance Based Specifications
  • Superior writing skill inclusive of developing technical system-level specifications
  • Excellent communications skills including the ability to work on multi-functional teams.
  • Minimum 20% travel required
