Drive execution of the Finance Transformation program including roadmap design, service delivery model, business case, project milestones and deliverables while incorporating best practices and technology solutions
Provide leadership to projects teams including direct and indirect resources, business partners and technology partners
Support the finance leadership team and project teams to identify, clarify and resolve complex issues critical to the success of the project and to help identify capabilities required in the future-state organization
Partner with IT leadership and other key stakeholders to identify and establish information requirements, data strategies and systems to improve business processes and analytics
Establish strong links with IT project teams and other business initiatives to ensure alignment of the transformation roadmap
Work with leadership to ensure projects have sufficient resource allocation for successful execution
Create change management and communication strategies to ensure organizational and cross-functional alignment for successful implementation
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Information Systems and 15+ years of experience in global organizations, with 5+ years demonstrated experience leading business process transformations
MBA and other certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, PMP) highly desired.
Strong project management skills utilized in large scale transformation programs.

Will have a demonstrated track-record of success managing complex cross-functional Finance, IT, or business transformation programs on a global scale. Experienced in end-to-end business process transformation, service delivery models and the integration of technology to optimize organizational performance. The incumbent will have a proven track record creating change management strategies for business transformations, excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at a senior level.
Attention to detail and confidence with data analysis will be crucial in ensuring the accurate tracking of performance. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels will enable meaningful engagement and collaboration and the driven delivery of shared goals and objectives.
A solid understanding and experience of the application of the PMO life cycle will enable the successful candidate to develop and embed PMO processes and methodologies while ensuring a strong pace of change and enabling buy-in.
