The Senior Manager, Proposal Content Development is responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content across multiple platforms and formats to achieve our business and sales goals.
This individual is an expert in all things related to content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization, analytics and meaningful measurement.
Responsible for managing proposal writers and the day to day operations of the content department that is responsible for the RFP process.
The successful candidate for this role will have creative ideas to keep Sodexo ahead of our competition. Ability to inspire others, manage the quality of work and deadlines and management experience will make for the ideal candidate in this leadership role.
Previous people management experience necessary

The incumbent is responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content across multiple platforms and formats to achieve our business and sales goals. This individual is an expert in all things related to content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization, analytics and meaningful measurement. This person oversees all sales content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer behavior. The incumbent is a working manager and therefore executes the responsibilities of a senior writer when needed, maintaining high quality standards despite pressing deadlines; always striving to do work right the first time. In addition, the incumbent plays a supervisory role in the assignment of projects, managing personnel and the professional growth of each team member.
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
