We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team! The Senior HR Generalist is a customer-centered role supporting all Findorff employees. Key HR responsibilities include onboarding, system and process efficiencies, providing HR guidance & support, HR related community outreach, recruiting and participating in strategic initiatives within our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping employees, ability to maintain confidential information, well-developed interpersonal skills, a high level of organization, ability to effectively present information to employees, see challenges and suggest creative solutions, make informed decisions, intuitive, and has a strong attention to detail.
Qualifications include a BS in Human Resources, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience plus at least 7 years of practical and progressive human resources experience. Member of professional society is a plus.
