Who you are

You will be integral member of the project management team working specifically within Corporate Solutions and focusing on tenant improvement and capital projects. You will be the main point of contact for the client and will be responsible for organizing meetings, setting agendas and issuing minutes. You will be responsible for budgeting and milestone development and tracking, and RFP Generation. You will assist owner with contract negotiations and analyze and negotiate change orders.

What you bring

  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management within Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Cost Estimating or Engineering.
  • Strong experience in MS Office suite including MS Project
  • Proficient and comfortable with various web-based project management tools and IWMS systems
  • Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and pro-actively anticipate their needs

Bonus skills and experience

  • Tenant Improvement Project Management is an asset
  • LEED, OSHA-10, OSHA-30, CCM, PMP, or other credentials preferred
