Job Brief

This position is responsible for providing system design and application development/support of .NET web, Dynamics CRM and Vendor purchased applications for the Business Applications – Land, Risk & Claims (BALRC) team. Position requires an experienced, highly self-motivated individual, who works well in a team-oriented environment and possesses excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include system design, development and support of both Dynamics 365 applications and .NET web applications in a Windows 10, SQL Server 2012/2014/2016 environment. Under minimal supervision, work closely with project team members and clients, providing expertise in problem solving and innovation. The ability to work on more than one high profile, complex project concurrently is a must. Solid background in web-based development utilizing the .NET 4.6.2 Framework, Angular JS, Angular 2 – 6, SharePoint 2013, SQL Server 2012/2014/2016, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Web Services. Will work closely with project lead/team to ensure application design adheres to User Interface standards. Should be an experienced, highly self-motivated individual, who works well in a team-oriented environment and possesses excellent communication and customer service skills.


Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment.


Promotion to Level 2 requires a minimum of two years of experience at Level 1; demonstrated capability to perform advanced and more difficult work as determined by the supervisor. Promotion to Senior Level requires a minimum of three-years of experience at Level 2; is fully competent in all aspects of functional area of assignment and as such would be recognized as a specialist in area of assignment and may have periodic or occasional lead responsibilities.

Additional Information

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Experience with Windows Server Administration
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with Microsoft development tools especially the .NET 4.6.2 Framework, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Angular JS, Angular 2 – 6, SQL Server 2012/2014/2016 and Team Foundation Server (TFS)
  • Expertise in writing SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers and views
  • Understanding of data models and logical databases and their evolution to the physical database design.
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Experience with SharePoint 2013
  • Experience with Tableau Business Intelligence Software is a plus
  • Experience with Test Driven Development is a plus
  • Proficient in graphic design, utilizing tools such as Bootstrap
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft family of products (Word, Excel, Exchange, Active Directory, etc.)
  • Complete understanding and application of the Software Development Life Cycle including familiarity with both Waterfall and Iterative development methodologies
  • Able to work both in a team environment and independently and deliver high quality results when provided a set of technical requirements
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Clear and effective written/verbal communication skills
