Job Description

As part of the global programs team, the Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for developing and executing global demand generation programs that generate pipeline and drive revenue.

Working closely with regional field marketing, pipeline development, events, digital, content, corporate communications, product marketing, demand center and sales teams, you will build global integrated marketing programs that will generate leads and advance opportunities in the pipeline.

  • Working with the global programs team, develop 1:1, 1: few, channel-based and broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements at the top, middle and bottom of funnel
  • Leverage your regional expertise and work with cross functional teams to develop strong global integrated, multi-touch, multi-channel marketing plans
  • Establish goals and key performance metrics; monitor, evaluate and continuously optimize program performance
  • Collaborate with and enable regional field marketing teams to ensure successful planning, execution and reporting of marketing plans in each region, especially the key markets
  • Communicate marketing programs to the sales team and enable them with tools needed to succeed
  • Work closely with global events team to identify key global events in your region to amplify the Kofax brand and capabilities, and generate leads and opportunities
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, resources, processes and technologies
  • Deploy and share best practices in demand generation with the global marketing team, and identify opportunities to improve marketing performance

Required Skills

  • Report on activities, pipeline performance and recap best practices for internal stakeholders
  • Provide creative brief and project plans to internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Eloqua or Marketo marketing automation, On24 or other webinar platforms
  • Strong presentation, writing and communication skills required
  • Excellent budget management and project tracking
  • Creative problem-solver and analytic thinker

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Number of qualified leads, accounts engaged, conversion, and partner productivity

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business or marketing-related field
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B lead generation in a software or similar high-tech company
  • Proficient in Salesforce, ABM technology, Terminus, ON24/Webex, search traffic sources, marketing attribution tools and Eloqua automation system
  • Brings a strong work ethic; takes the initiative and think creatively to get the job done
  • Strong communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Collaborative, and brings a global and "glocal" perspective
  • Ability to drive multiple programs forward in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to use SFDC reporting and excel to deliver concise results
  • Knowledge of ABM concepts and frameworks a plus
