Intelligence Analyst will assist with the responsibility for maintaining a EUCOM focused adversary modeling tool and associated products. Intelligence Analyst shall develop similar adversary modeling tools for Pacific Command Area of Responsibility (AOR) with the potential to expand efforts to the Central Command (CENTCOM) AOR. Intelligence Analyst shall have knowledge and expertise in all-source intelligence analysis and production focused on strategic adversaries PMESII.


Intelligence Analyst shall produce periodic intelligence product to include daily, weekly, and/or monthly read files, summaries, articles, slides, and briefings at multiple classification levels. Products shall be well written, properly sourced, and meet Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and/or intelligence production tradecraft standards.


Intelligence Analyst shall provide periodic progress reports and brief results to IC, and defense action officers, planners, operators, and senior leaders. Intelligence Analyst shall solicit customer feedback and incorporate recommendations into products.


Intelligence Analyst shall prepare operational planning documents, including support to Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace efforts and campaign assessment. Intelligence Analyst shall support exercises and war-games.


Intelligence Analyst shall provide A&AS support to collaboration efforts including developing and maintaining appropriate Intelligence Community contacts; attending conferences and Strategic Initiative events, and updating, posting, and managing on-line collaborative forums such as the Microsoft SharePoint Portal and Integration Space.


Intelligence Analyst shall attend and support Government meetings to include periodic training, conferences, and production and technical exchanges either on or off-site.

Qualifications

Intelligence Analysts shall have at least three years of SME experience in the Focus Area and:


At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience utilizing analytical research collaboration tools, resources, associated equipment and software.


At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience and knowledge of the IC, its primary members, the intelligence process, evaluation and analysis of intelligence data and J2 functions and capabilities, to include collections and requirements processes.


At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience with intelligence information flow and other governing regulations, including Intelligence Oversight classification guidelines requirements as needed to insure a timely response to meet customer requirements.


More than Five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience in joint and combined operational planning and intelligence methodologies (e.g., Joint Operational Planning and Execution System, Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment), and tactics, techniques and procedures involved in fusing intelligence into operational planning.


More than Five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience in AllSource intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis, to include alternative analysis techniques.


More than Five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience in analytical writing, IC tradecraft (writing) standards; producing relevant charts, graphics, or visual aids; and presenting materials to different audience levels, to include senior leaders.


At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience in joint and combined operational planning and intelligence methodologies (e.g., Joint Operational Planning and Execution System, Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment), and tactics, techniques and procedures involved in fusing intelligence into operational planning.


At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience in All-Source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis, to include alternative analysis techniques.

At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience in analytical writing, IC tradecraft (writing) standards; producing relevant charts, graphics, or visual aids; and presenting materials to different audience levels, to include senior leaders.

Essential Requirements:
