The Director of Sales Operations/Enablement will be responsible for successfully enabling a global sales team through the development of a cross functional curriculum through the creation of collateral and implementing tools/systems to drive increase sales rep productivity. Your “customer” will include sales representatives, sales leadership, sales development reps, and renewal reps. The Director of Sales Operations/Enablement will report to the Vice President of Sales & Business Operations.

In this role you will:

  • Responsible for the development of a commercial enablement strategy encompassing sales, solution engineers, account development reps and channel reps
  • Governance & Training of Sales Process
  • Defining & Expanding Operational Cadences around Sales Process and CRM System Compliance
  • Creating Sales Process Playbooks for Sales Management and Sales Team
  • Building a Top-Notch Sales Enablement Program Around Process, Products, and Policies used during the Sales Cycle
  • Define & Implement Key Metrics to Define Operational Performance Measurements to Ensure Sales Organization Success

What is Required?

  • Must be located in Phoenix, AZ or Atlanta, GA
  • Education – Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree/MBA, a plus
  • 5+ Years Experience with Sales Enablement
  • Experience in Software Industry
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Cross Functional / Cross Geography Team Experience
  • Proven Track Record in Enablement/Sales Operations
  • Experience with Salesforce/Brainshark, a plus
