The Director of Content Development Resources reports to the Sr Director, Customer Experience and Knowledge Management (CXKM) and is responsible for defining the long-range workforce planning and talent development strategy for the content developers.

Directing the content development team, this position is accountable for definition, support and management of the content development tool chain and content development standards with the objective of delivering optimal customer and user experiences of the content. (May also include the definition of information models, structures, and outputs.)

This position leads content development resource managers and their teams to align their efforts with the corporate and larger organization strategy.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA (Technical/Communications/Marketing) or equivalent experience. MS/MA optional.
  • 8-10 years of related experience, (3-5 at a senior management level).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • 10% international travel required.
