The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for Scoular's digital brand campaigns and digital assets across all channels. This role will be responsible for the development, implementation, and measurement of all digital brand marketing efforts as well as maintaining Scoular's digital brand presence (website, social media, apps, etc.) The Digital Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Brand Marketing and Corporate Communications ("BMCC"), who is the leader of the team responsible for all efforts tied to the company's brand, marketing, and advertising initiatives, as well as development and management of its internal and external communications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify strategies and tactics to drive online traffic to the company website(s)
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive business unit activity in partnership with Customer Marketing Manager
  • Develop and manage digital brand campaigns to drive greater brand awareness and integration with Strategic Marketing Manager
  • Utilize a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
  • Develop and oversee the social media strategy for the company including content governance, tracking & measurement and advertising to drive increase in social community and engagement
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other digital metrics to guide and prioritize efforts
  • Review new technologies and digital best practices to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Manage the redesign of the company website including development of subsites and technology requirements
  • Understand user personas, business segments, site maps and framework, user-friendly navigations, effective CTA, ROI measurement
  • Track conversion rates and make improvements to the website
  • Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
  • Partner with BMCC team and IT in development of app and technology strategies for the company as well as internal communication tools
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Develop robust knowledge of division businesses and key target markets
  • Develop and manage workflow processes for digital initiatives
  • Work with agencies / vendors as needed
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned / needed, particularly in areas where digital knowledge is valuable (IT Enterprise Transformation, apps)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media management
  • Website redesign and strategy experience
  • Knowledge of UX and digital design principles and application
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Understanding of brand standards and brand management
  • Digital content development skills and experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under time constraints
  • Proven skill in problem solving for the client

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agricultural or commodities industry experience
  • International / B2B marketing experience
