The Account Executive will be responsible for driving and securing new logo business. They will be required to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into product requirements to meet business goals. The Account Executive will need exceptional presentation and communication skills - both written and verbal. They will establish trusted relationships with senior-level executives and sell predominantly into financial institutions, mobile operators, manufacturers, government agencies and software companies. The role will be based in either Phoenix or Seattle, USA.
The ideal candidate will have CX/CEM experience (Contact Centre solution exposure (SaaS) is ideal but not essential). They will be comfortable qualifying new sales opportunities with prospects and target customers, additionally identifying needs and presenting solutions to target accounts. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track-record of overachievement against target, preferably with high-value technology products/solutions. They will have strong negotiation and closing skills and a proven ability to qualify prospects within both an operational and financial standpoint. The ideal candidate will be based in either New Jersey, Phoenix or Seattle, USA.
