This Business Process Manager is a liaison between departmental teams and IT team. Understands, reviews, analyzes and evaluates process and OSS/BSS needs. Responsible for development and documentation of business requirements document and support for all aspects of the project life-cycle for multiple projects.

  • Meet with stakeholders to discover business process requirements and scope
  • Design and map current state or desired state business processes
  • Establish process governance framework using business stakeholders and key process attributes
  • Develop future state with recommended improvement areas and required progress steps to senior level management to improve efficiency
  • Have a thorough understanding of process mapping, data collection, data analysis, procedure writing, and documentation
  • Create and implement improvement initiatives, to-be business process design, and gap analysis.
  • Fully understand and be able to maintain and impact software and technology and any future software implementation
  • Work closely with IT Development Staff to ensure process improvements are aligned with OSS/BSS roadmap




• 7+ years of BA and Process and Systems Implementation experience

• Wireless and Fixed Wireless Operations Experience

• Good knowledge of business modeling terminology

• Good knowledge of Business Process Modeling Notation (ISO Noun/Verb and BPMN)

• Experience in business process designs and facilitation

• Showcase good analytical, evaluating and critical thinking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge and expertise with Microsoft products, specifically Visio

• Excellent documentation skills (promptness, accuracy, thoroughness, legibility)

• Travel is expected to be about 25%
