As we build IngenioRx to improve the healthcare experience and meet consumer's changing needs, we need smart, talented and motivated individuals. Specifically, we are seeking creative people who can think big but also dig into the details to effectively launch products that meet the needs of our patients and clients. They must be able to work cross-functionally within the organization to influence partners and leadership. Ideal candidate would be well-versed in the managed care market, understand major trends in consumer behavior, knowledgeable about the needs of our clients, and able to execute in a timely manner. We are looking for people who seek a challenge and are willing to be agile in a dynamic environment while staying focused on the ultimate goal of improving the healthcare experience.
Responsible for the development of products in both new and existing markets. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
Evaluates existing products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products.
Develops and implements long term profitability strategies for market segment including market positioning, new product design pricing parameters, risk profiles, and legislative/regulatory responses.
Coordinates presentation, communication and implementation of all phases of product development.
Ensures all products are compliant with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies. Serves as a product expert and a relationship manager to the core clients.
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field;
4-6 years of project management/development experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
PharmD or MBA preferred.
Health or managed care experience preferred.
Knowledge in product development of benefit design including health incentive programs is required.
