Position: Desktop Support Technician The Desktop Support Technician will perform all aspects of support related to the daily computing needs of MathWorks staff.
Responsibilities: Understand and handle all Technical Support aspects related to MathWorks customers' daily Installation and Licensing requests.
Design, develop, and test sophisticated data warehouse software.
Plan and implement security measures.
Design, develop, and test sophisticated software.
Contribute to the marketing and sales of MathWorks’ engineering solutions.
Implement user-centered design in MathWorks software products.
Analyze data, build data models, and improve the software development process.
Support the planning and execution of multiple product release programs for MathWorks' sophisticated software products.
Provide technical and subject matter expertise to clients to create awareness of MathWorks solutions.
