Position Responsibilities Analyze customer feedback and product returns to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Ensure products across North America align with Uline's exceptional quality standards. Collaborate effectively with product managers, vendors, and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues. Support quality assurance initiatives, including negotiating returns and enhancing packaging solutions. Assist with the evaluation of new products and vendors. Develop strong relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree is required. Experience in warehouse, quality assurance, or vendor management is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
