Build and maintain strong relationships within your territory, emphasizing face-to-face interactions. Streamline the referral-to-admission process. Educate community stakeholders and referral sources on our hospital programs and services. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. Overcome admission barriers and follow-up on variables impacting admissions. Conduct professional presentations to various audiences about our services and success stories. Qualifications Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, in accordance with company policy. Current clinical licensure and CPR certification. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Minimum of two years of clinical or healthcare tech experience is preferred. At least one year in a nurse liaison or healthcare sales role is preferred. CRRN certification is a plus. A solid understanding of healthcare operations, legal frameworks, and market trends.
