Mandate ? Grow the Ontario market – expectations 3M$ new revenues ? Grow the Quebec market – expectations 2M$ new revenues ? Launch & Grow new products segment – expectations 5M$ new revenues (components) ? Groom & Grow finance team – lead by example. ? Manage 2 outsourced salespeople (not employees) & drive performance. ? Recruit, Onboard and Coach team members ? Defend & develop current customer base Foamco & Ultramatic ? Monthly Manufacturing forecast meeting with CEO/Head of Manufacturing. ? Quarterly business reports with CEO. ? Monitor the lead and revenue pipeline, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable and profitable growth. ? Develop & implement pricing and rebate strategies ? Develop & implement promotions and margin appreciation strategies ? Provide leadership, direction, and cross-departmental coaching on market opportunities. ? Improve revenue forecasting accuracy, deliver on short-term results and long-term strategies. ? Participate and contribute to Board presentations ? Lead and participate in key events (i.e. tradeshows); and ? Manage various contract negotiations. Key Performance Indicators ? On Time In Full (OTIF) – key indicator across all lines of business ? P&L, EBIDTA, Margin Production, Income, Revenue Generation, Equity Logistics: Location: GTA – remote (home) Travel: 7 to 10 business days per month (Quebec & Remote Customers Ontario) Vertical: Retail Wholesale & Furniture Manufacturing Customer Audience: Owners 50% & Buyers 50% Why new role: Growth and path to CEO role. CEO investing 24 months on replacement/legacy Profile ? Character, Experience, Intelligence, Coachable (in this order) ? Character: Will Want Desire, Self Awareness, Accountability, Integrity ? Experience: Management Experience (Fire/Hire/Groom/Grow – Talent) P&L, Margin Analysis experience. New Market penetration experience. Driving Manufacturer’s rep performance is a plus. Knowledge of Income Statements/Balance Sheet/Cash Flow reports Experience closing new business. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, Ability to effectively interface with senior management. Track record of driving operational excellence Experience implementing key drivers to increase company revenue, EBITDA ? Intelligence: smart, sharp, bright, analytical, mathematically inclined ?
