Chemistry Technologist

Location: Florence, KY Experience: Senior Level Job Type: Full Time Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree A Chemist works in a lab conducting experiments on various chemical substances to create a new product or improve an old one. Their duties include examining the chemical make-up of different materials, performing quality control tests on current experiments, and creating technical reports and papers on the specifications and outcomes of tests, products, and processes. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise in car care aftermarket product development and strategy. Will develop multiple projects in a fast-paced innovative environment. Responsible for research, development, technical evaluation, and stability testing on the formulations. This position requires a creative individual with a passion for technical learning and curiosity. The Chemist will spend a minimum of 50% of daily activity working at the lab bench to create new products and solve complex technical problems to support the Company's business strategies. Small family business since 1935 in the professional car care industry. Would be the lead chemist in charge of QC, R & D, SDS generation and more.
