Two James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs, Keith McNally, and Stephen Starr collaborated on the reopening of the iconic French Brasserie concept Pastis in NYC. Pastis’ success will be expanding to the Union Market Neighborhood in Washington, DC! The team is in search of a Chef de Cuisine who knows how to lead a top-notch team and has a passion for delicious, flavorful food executed and served with care and consistency.
