Responsibilities Palmdale Regional Medical Center serves the region by providing high quality medical services to residents of the Antelope Valley, Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding communities. Palmdale Regional Medical Center's new Labor and Delivery unit - The Birth Place - is now open! The 33,000-square-foot unit features 25 private patient rooms, six labor/delivery/recovery suites and two surgical suites. The Rehabilitation Institute, the hospital features 184 licensed acute care beds as well as inpatient and outpatient surgery, an Advanced Primary Stroke Center, cardiac services featuring a STEMI Receiving Center (heart attack) and a 35-bed 24-hour emergency department. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient C entered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
