Job Summary and Qualifications The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is key to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. As a leader, you will oversee operations in the Trauma and Spine Medical Surgical unit, ensuring high-quality patient care during your shift. Collaborating with your management team, you will support a positive workplace culture that enhances patient experiences and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate admissions and discharges to optimize patient flow. Collaborate on quality assessment initiatives for patient care. Work with management to foster teamwork for improved service outcomes. Implement a patient-first care philosophy and resolve service challenges. Enhance staff engagement and operational initiatives through regular rounding. Participate in the hiring, training, and performance review processes for staff. Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor productivity based on patient needs. Ensure effective inventory control and management of medical supplies. Qualifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of start date. Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
