Position Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies for IT projects of varying scales, from minor updates to large-scale initiatives. Work closely with project teams, business units, and IT leaders to synchronize change activities with overarching project objectives. Devise and oversee communication plans that keep employees informed, engaged, and actively involved throughout the duration of each project. Create valuable training materials aimed at equipping teams with the skills to thrive with new technologies and processes. Track the progress of change initiatives, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous enhancement of our methodologies. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, IT, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in change management or organizational development. Demonstrated success in fostering adoption of new systems, tools, or processes. Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
