Responsibilities: As the CFO, you will be at the forefront of financial management and growth/reorganizationstrategies. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with our business goals and support the organization's mission. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team for informed decision-making. Go-to-Market Planning: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration while ensuring financial viability. Financial System Review: Evaluate our current financial systems and processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Identify areas of improvement and lead initiatives to optimize financial operations. Process Improvement: Implement best practices and process improvements in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to enhance overall financial performance. Risk Management: Assess financial risks and establish risk management protocols to safeguard the organization's financial stability and reputation. Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to ensure financial plans are realistic and aligned with strategic objectives. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting requirements. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Qualifications: MBA and CPA preferred.Extensive experience in the behavioral health industry or a related healthcare field is a plus.Proven track record in financial system review and process improvement.Previous experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is highly desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate opportunities and challenges.High level of integrity, ethics, and accountability.
