Qualifications: * Active California CNA Certification* Current BLS Certification* 2 Years of Clinical Experience* U.S. Citizenship* High School Diploma Key Responsibilities: Direct Patient Care (90% of the time): * Deliver comprehensive nursing assistant services comparable to those in top-tier civilian medical facilities.* Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and physicians to ensure high-quality care.* Provide care at all stages, adhering to VA and Joint Commission standards.* Operate and maintain medical equipment necessary for care delivery.* Educate patients and their families on health and wellness topics.Administrative Duties (10% of the time): * Participate in quality improvement activities and meetings.* Complete quality assurance and performance improvement documentation.* Maintain adherence to infection control standards and ensure patient safety.* Accurately document care in the electronic medical record system. Work Schedule: * Full-Time | 40 hours per week* Flexible shifts available between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM* Sample shifts include:* 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM* 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM* 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM* 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM* 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM* 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM* 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM* Enjoy 11 federal holidays off with no on-call responsibilities.
