Your role as a Cardiac Care Progressive Registered Nurse will allow you to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical teams. Being an advocate for patients, you'll ensure their comfort and recovery during crucial pre-operative and post-operative phases. Responsibilities include: Assessing patient conditions upon admission and throughout shifts to monitor changes in status. Performing medical procedures as ordered and effectively administering prescribed medications. Documenting care delivered and patient responses thoroughly in their medical records. Maintaining knowledge of cardiac treatments, medications, and equipment relevant to patient care. Qualifications: Must possess an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of starting. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of starting. Must be a Registered Nurse with an Associate or Bachelor's degree, or a Registered Nurse Diploma.
