Business Transaction & Litigation Paralegal - Construction Law

We are seeking an experienced Business Transaction & Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in construction law . This role will focus on construction and real estate agreements, litigation, contract negotiations, and warranty claims . The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex legal matters in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to: Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction and real estate agreements , including contracts, leases, and development agreements. Support litigation matters , including document preparation, case management, discovery, and trial preparation. Conduct legal research related to construction law, warranty claims, and contract disputes . Assist with contract negotiations and revisions to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and external parties to facilitate efficient case and transaction management. Prepare and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies as needed. Maintain case files, track deadlines, and manage legal correspondence. Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of paralegal experience with a focus on construction law, real estate transactions, and litigation . Strong knowledge of construction contracts, warranty claims, and contract negotiation processes . Experience supporting litigation, including discovery, case management, and trial preparation . Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred.
