Job Title: Licensed ArchitectLocation: Metairie, LAType: Full -time/Direct HireClient Overview: Mid-sized A-E firm with a long history of providing private, municipal, state and federal clients with a diverse range of Architectural, Engineering and Land Surveying services. For its size, the firm has the unusual ability to perform many services completely in-house, with full-time personnel. This arrangement provides quality services in a seamless, timely manner.Looking For: Licensed Architect (in the state of Louisiana preferred)5 to 15 years architectural design experience including Project Management and Practice Management. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a ABET accredited university. Experienced administering construction contracts and dealing with clients. Ability to manage a whole building project including subconsultants and clients. Strong desire to continue to grow, take responsibility and be successfulSalary/Compensation: We pay well and are confident that we can come to salary terms with the right individual(s). We are way more concerned about getting the right personnel than starting salaries. The average pay range for the above positions is about $100k to $150k or more, but what we are willing to pay really depends upon the track record, quality and especially drive of the individual. Role/Responsibilities:The licensed architect will have zero to two architects reporting to them depending upon the project. Of course the person could also have a couple of engineers reporting to them.
