Leon has 7 teams under him, 2 of which are led by Suresh.If a bank customer, how do you manage everything? Mobile or Web. The moment you log in to the UI, it validates the customer, and once validated, you land on a landing page (see all accounts). Just before that happens, the UI makes a call to the API to get the account information, but it is intercepted by his technology. His technology knows where all the accounts (CC, bank, loan, etc.) are, and the API will have policies designed, such as not having made a payment in a few months. It is a policy-based organization that develops all the rules.- 5 core applications – manages 3 out of the 5. One of them is enforcing the policies.- 20,000 transactions per second, high volume, so if the system is down for any amount of time, it can be an issue.
