Opportunity Description Assists and supports the Manager of Production with overall production administration. Types and maintains work procedures using various software packages. Distributes, files and maintains engineering documents. Company Information Rail Infrastructure Management Systems Job Duties Inputs data into the database system. Runs and distributes reports. Creates and maintains PC generated documents using spreadsheets and word processing software. Photocopying, filing, faxing, and general office assistance as needed. Experience & Skills Required Must have at minimum, two to three years work experience in an administrative capacity. Must be computer-literate and be able to operate, at minimum, one spreadsheet and one word processing program. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
