PAF/Position Details Position Details Position Title Adjunct Faculty, Foreign Language, Russian Position Status Adjunct Tenure Non-Tenured Rank Lecturer Position Summary Information Job Description Summary Adjunct lecturer to teach at the undergraduate level and be able to teach beginning language courses on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the morning or early afternoon.. Responsibilities Responsible to model the University Mission through dedicated job performance, service excellence to constituencies, respectful collaboration and active support of the University's Mission and Catholic and Lasallian higher education. -Teach one or more classes -Availability to hold office hours and meet with other faculty members and department chairs or directors when necessary -Serve as a model of professionalism and act as a resource for students within the teaching-learning environment. Minimum Qualifications MA in Russian. MA in such areas as ESL, EFL, Foreign Language Acquisition and Education, Linguistics, and Education combined with teaching experience and native proficiency in these languages is considered. Preferred Qualifications PhD in language being taught or related field.
