General Summary Indiana Tech is seeking Adjunct Faculty in our Fort Wayne area locations for a variety of classes. Adjunct faculty will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in psychology and social sciences. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Teach courses as defined by course and learning objectives established through the college and defined in teaching letter of agreement. Qualifications Minimum of a Master's degree in psychology or closely related field, and 18 graduate grade hours in the teaching subject area. Experience Teaching Experience (online and face-to-face) Preferred Student-centered teaching approaches Professional experience in the social sciences field preferred. Profession experience in psychology or closely related field required. Experience with a Learning Management System, preferred. Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population. Demonstrated evidence of strong written and oral communication. Ability to use technology effectively in all aspects of their work, including teaching.
