The School of Optometry seeks an adjunct faculty tutor to support students enrolled in the Optometry Program on Worcester's campus.
Work 1-4 hours per week (or as needed) with first, second and third-year students to oversee open lab hours that allow students to practice their clinical skills
Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor
Candidate must have received a Doctor of Optometry degree prior to the start of the position, and must receive Massachusetts Optometry License with DPA/TPA clearance within 30 days of starting the position.

Excellent organizational and communication skills
Must be able to work independently and effectively interact with a wide array of parties at all levels (students, faculty, administration/staff, alumni, and external constituents, including healthcare industry professionals)
Familiarity with Blackboard Learning Management System
