What We Offer with the Addictions Social Worker / Therapist position: Competitive pay and full benefits package Extra pay opportunities Generous Paid Time Off which you begin to earn on the day you start Regular supervision to grow clinical/professional skills Professional development and training opportunities What You'll Do as an Addictions Social Worker/Therapist: Primary duties include: Complete comprehensive assessments including risk and trauma Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment models Join clients and families in developing strengths-based individualized treatment plans Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team that includes the client, family, referral sources and /or other providers in a culturally competent and trauma-informed manner Requirements for the Addictions Social Worker / Therapist position: LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LAC-A eligible LCSW, LMFT, LMHC preferred. LCAC highly recommended. Those willing to set a flexible schedule that includes some evening hours. Bilingual clinicians whenever available Those who love working in a supportive team environment There is a $2000 sign-on bonus for this full time position. Bonus is pro-rated by FTE.
