Master's in art therapy, dance therapy, or music therapy preferred.- Certification through National Council of Therapeutic Recreation Certification preferred. - Minimum one year experience working in a psychiatric setting. - Good overall interpersonal skills. Ability to function well as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Ability to represent the program well in internactions both inside and outside of the hospital.
