Job Title: Acquisitions Sales Closer – Real Estate Wholesaling Location: Remote (U.S. Based) Type: Full-Time Compensation: Commission-Only or Commission Draw About Quick Supreme Offers Quick Supreme Offers is a fast-growing real estate investment company specializing in acquiring off-market residential properties. We work directly with motivated sellers to create win-win solutions that lead to fast, successful transactions. With strong lead flow and proven systems in place, we’re expanding our acquisitions team and looking for high-performance closers to join us. Your Role: Engage with inbound and outbound seller leads from marketing campaigns Build rapport, uncover seller motivation, and present cash or creative offers Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close deals over the phone Follow up with cold and warm leads consistently to revive deals and maintain pipeline activity Make outbound calls to property owners from our prospecting database while waiting for new lead assignments Track notes, communication, and deal status daily in our CRM Collaborate with underwriting and dispositions teams to ensure a smooth contract-to-close process ? What We're Looking For: 2+ years of phone sales, closing, or high-ticket experience (real estate a strong plus) Proven ability to close deals over the phone Strong communication and objection-handling skills Organized and self-motivated with a high sense of accountability Tech-savvy and comfortable working in CRMs and follow-up systems Eager to make consistent daily dials and stay active between warm leads Coachable, performance-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Compensation Options: Option 1: Commission-Only 12%–15% commission on gross assignment fees $80,000–$150,000+ OTE (On-Target Earnings) Uncapped earning potential ?? Option 2: Commission Draw $2,000–$3,000/month draw against future commissions 8%–10% commission on gross assignment fees Great for closers who want cash flow stability while they ramp up production
