LMI is looking for a Acquisition Operations Manager for a U.S. Army client to support the Global Force Information Management (GFIM) project. The Program Analyst will provide leadership and guidance on budget, requirements, and schedule in an Agile framework. Work location is client site, Fort Belvoir, VA. Note: Telework is acceptable. Provide technical and program management support to the Product Lead and Deputy Product Lead, Global Force Information Management. Evaluate and provide comments/recommendations on program and reporting documents and briefings, including Defense Business System (DBS) statutory reporting, Defense Acquisition Execution Summary (DAES), Program Status Review (PSR), Configuration Steering Board (CBS) Review, Program Executive Officer Enterprise Information System Quarterly Performance Review (PEO EIS QPR), etc.Operations Management and SupportAction Officer operations and GFIM Schedule coordinationBriefing Development and SupportAssist Government representative(s) in the management and oversight of the PM ARDAP SharePoint Acquisition requirements development, training, data migration, and configuration management of artifacts, e.g. Acquisition Documentation, Acquisition Milestone and Decision Reviews, Acquisition Reporting and Program Reviews, Program Schedule, etc.GFIM Acquisition Task trackingFacilitate GFIM Staff Meeting and preparationGFIM Reporting Review ManagementAcquisition Documentation Development and TrackingUnderstand the internal happenings in the program, and be able to align the budget, schedule, and requirements against the business directivesTranslate the business directives to spending plans and Program Objective Memorandum's (POM)Understand Agile and how to solve business directives with an agile understanding
Required:BS. Degree in Business, Engineering, or other Related discipline 10+ years of Army Acquisition Program Management, Systems Engineering, experience ACAT Level I, II, or III experience with Program Office, and DoD AcquisitionManagement backgroundKnowledge of DoD 5000.75Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, and Power Point.
