SUPERVISORY ACCOUNTABILITY: Responsible for orienting and training some administrators and assigning and reviewing their work. May also be responsible for acting in a lead capacity over other positions performing essentially the same work or related technical tasks and reporting to a higher level on a formal basis. May supervise Federal Workstudy students or graduate assistants in the office. NATURE AND SCOPE: Internal contacts include senior leadership, Office of Institutional Assessment and Research, as well as staff throughout the School of Business and from various departments, schools, and colleges within the university. External contacts are with the various accreditation bodies and other stakeholders engaged in strategic initiatives by the School of Business. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Under the direction of the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, leads the further development and refinement of the School's compliance with all accreditation requirements, specifically the six-year AACSB review cycle, strategic initiatives and Assurance of Learning assessment process. Leads the Assurance of Learning assessment process for the School, delegates aspects of this process to staff and faculty and assists in the School's continuous improvement of academic programs. Collects and analyzes data to report on areas of concern and strategic importance to stakeholders. Main contact for Watermark services and other data-collecting software adopted by the university. Provides guidance for high-level decision making towards continuous improvement and carries out training to advise department chairpersons and other leaders in the School of Business. Understands and communicates accreditation standards and requirements to all stakeholders, especially in regard to the AACSB guiding principles of impact, engagement and innovation. Assists leadership in implementing the strategic plan, communicating this plan to stakeholders, collecting required data from necessary parties and reporting to accreditation bodies and other stakeholders. Liaison to accreditation bodies by creating and maintaining external relationships to accreditation bodies and represents the School in external meetings related to accreditation. A main contact for all stakeholders regarding the accreditation process and AACSB standards. Lead and coordinate ad-hoc projects as requested. Advanced understanding of university administrative processes. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in administration, business, or related area at least five years of relevant administrative and/or academic experience. Eight years of related work experience may be substituted in lieu of educational qualifications. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Compliance Salary Range Disclosure Expected Salary Range: $63,636 - $70,000
