Accounts Payable Support

PrideNow is currently looking to hire an Accounts Payable Support Associate for a global supplier of component parts and assemblies for the automotive industry located in Miamisburg, OH . JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Entering invoices to be paid into our ERP system Interfacing with salespeople, quality department for freight bills and the GL codes Managing check runs (payments) Create Debit memos Managing timecard hours Various other data entry duties JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in Accounts Payable Previous experience using QuickBooks Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel #CB Rate/Salary: $17 – $22 per hour
