What you get to do every single day - Complete full-cycle A/P - Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department - Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed - Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling - Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it - Execute additional tasks as needed - Assist with internal and external audits as needed - Maintain proper storage of invoices, checks, and other documents by organizing, logging, scanning, and filing them - Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners
