The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience and must be proficient in real estate/property management financial systems. This Accounts Payable Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and efficient accounts payable processes within a collaborative, family-oriented, and fast-paced environment. Location:Denver, Co. (onsite) Pay Range:$58,000 - $65,000Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist: Accurately process invoices using financial systems such as Avid and MRI.Manage check runs, ensuring timely and precise payments.Reconcile credit card statements and allocate corporate card expenses to appropriate properties.Handle intercompany accounts payable, including proper coding and invoice processing.Print and distribute checks efficiently.Oversee utility billing by retrieving invoices and integrating them into the Avid system for seamless payment processing.Serve as backup for the front desk as needed, including handling incoming mail and packages.Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounts payable.Proficiency in financial systems, with a preference for Avid and MRI experience.Strong analytical skills with the ability to efficiently manage repetitive tasks.Team-oriented mentality with flexibility to assist where needed.Strong work ethic and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.Why Join This Company?
