POSITION: Accounts Payable Manager LOCATION: Hybrid flexible; Wilsonville, OR SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday PAY: Competitive compensation, D.O.E. We are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices. This position will be responsible for managing all accounts payable functions, including developing process efficiencies, maintaining accurate vendor records, managing the accounts payable team, reviewing system controls, and ensuring proper documentation and approval prior to payment. Hybrid office/work from home flexibility Medical and dental insurance up to 70% employer paid Vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) with up to $1,000 annual employer contribution 401K with up to 3.5% employer contribution Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays FREE life & disability insurance FREE Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee discount WHAT YOU WILL DO: Develop, implement, and maintain systems, accounts payable functions, procedures, and policies to ensure controls, efficiencies, and adherence to company policies Supervise, coach, and train accounts payable team on procedures, controls, and issue resolutions to driver productivity, growth, and career development Review accounts payable transactions for proper documentation, general ledger accuracy, and compliance with multi-state use tax requirements Monitor processes and staff assuring completeness of transactions processed and compliance with company policies, such as fixed asset capitalization and prepaid expenses Manage monthly accounts payable close process and reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger to general ledger on a monthly basis Oversee the year-end 1099 reporting process to ensure compliance and adherence to tax regulations Provide supporting documentation for audits Monitor internal reports and work queues Communicate with various departments to implement new procedures and address and resolve accounts payable issues WHAT YOU WILL BRING: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field; or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position 3-5 years of management experience Extensive knowledge of accounts payable functions, including expense and inventory processing Excellent organizational skills, high level of accuracy, and demonstrated attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently and independently Ability to find disparities and cost-saving opportunities within complex numbers Proficiency in a fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program; experience with BisTrack preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent math skills WHO WE ARE: Founded by the Hart family in 1977, OrePac is a family-owned and operated wholesale building materials supplier providing product, sales, and technology solutions to the shelter industry.
