Accounts Payable Coordinator

What you will do as the AP Coordinator:
Enter invoice and purchase order data into MRI or Nexus.
Distribute invoices to property managers for review on a weekly basis
Verify accuracy of invoices and compliance with prior approvals
Resolve outstanding invoices
Requirements of the AP Coordinator:
2+ years Accounts Payable experience.
Demonstrated familiarity with standard concepts and practices in accounting
Ability to perform multiple tasks accurately and efficiently in a high-volume department
Proficiency in MRI, a plus
Salary range: $60000-$75000, Depending upon experience
