The analyst would help in training new contractors, have knowledge of exception invoice processes under their new company code, help answer questions from the team processing invoices, follow up, review and process aged VIM invoices. Responsibilities include:* VIM Invoice processing* Customer service inquiries* Training (exceptional processes)* Answer processing questions from the AP processors* Work VIM Aged invoices* Time Sensitive questions from plant Who we are seeking: Required Work Experience:* 3 - 5 years accounts payable experienceRequired Education:* Associates Degree or appropriate equivalent work experience (Honda experience preferred)Desired skills:* Basic Accounting principles- GAAP/IFRS and Cost accounting background* Excel, Word, PowerPoint* Attention to detail* Ability to perform under pressure with quality and consistency* Leadership skills/customer service oriented and effective communicator Additional Position Factors:* Remote Hybrid role 60% onsite* Overtime as needed to ensure workload is current* Open office environment* Ability to work from home to accommodate meetings with California or Japan At Honda, you will play a key role in our journey to become a company that society wants to exist now, and in the future.
