Description:Title: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable SpecialistDepartment(s): AccountingReports to: ControllerEssential job functions:Reviewing and processing all vendor invoices and purchase orders for payment and work with Purchasing department to reconcile differencesMaintaining weekly check-runProcessing cash applications (credit cards, checks, EFT's, wires and cash) and accurately applying to customers’ accountsConducting investigations of skipped/short paid invoicesCommunicating with customers to request and arrange paymentsSetting up new accounts/processing terms - maintaining accounts with accurate informationAssisting Controller and/or Management with special projectsRequirements:3+ years of experienceKnowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy (detail oriented) and consistencySelf-motivated team player with strong communication skillsMust possess good time-management and effective decision making skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work under pressureMust be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)MAS Software and Acumatica knowledge highly desirableBi-lingual in Spanish helpfulAbility to operate general office equipmentCompany Profile:Eastern Wholesale Fence LLC is a growing manufacturer and distributor of fence products.
