Verify invoices, match purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies with vendors. Maintain accurate records of transactions and financial documents. Reconcile accounts payable to the general ledger. Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare reports as needed. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment-related inquiries. Qualifications: 1+ years in accounts payable or a similar role Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
