Accounting Manager

Our client, a long-standing local Machinery Manufacturer is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team! As an Accounting Manager, you will be part of the Finance Dept. supporting the CFO. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, exceptional listening and communication skills, tact, confidence, and the ability to learn systems and processes. Which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Accounting Manager Location: Milwaukee Forge Pay Range: $80-$85K What’s the Job? AP/AR management, cash management; cash application, granting credit, cash collections Month/Year end close; including account reconciliations POC for accounting related inquiries Year-end audit What’s Needed? Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 5 - 7 years of Accounting experience preferably in manufacturing Microsoft Word, Excel: strong analytical and data manipulation skills - Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS Proficient in ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, ect. Must have time management skills: ability to adhere to deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong supervisory/leadership abilities What’s in it for me?
